Yes, wrong again. But we didnt know then about the DJing skills, the microphone deftness, the showmanship and the general appeal that comes complete within Concetta Kirschner aka Princess Superstar.
This track, present here in two distinct versions (ones the radio edit) distills her electro-rap appeal perfectly. By turn sleazy, rocky and android chic, this track will do well in both its incarnations. Indeed, its one of the best examples of the variety that the electro movement has bought back to dance music, with mixes that sound like everyone from Goldfrapp (the Radio Edit by Alexander Technique, no less) to Bloc Party via remix don Phones (in the Junior Sanchez Sound Machine Mix). Not bad for someone that the US hip-hop fraternity arent sure about claiming as their own. But let the idiots choke on their bling, this is worth buying.
