What a way to launch the festival season! It's been nine long months without partying in a field, and our patience is rewarded with a typically eclectic DJ line-up from the Strongbow Rooms at WE LOVE... homelands.

Strongbow have lined up 14 hours of top notch DJs. Bobby & Nihal represent Radio 1 with a smorgasbord of Asian flavas, from desi beat to hip hop.



LOS HERMANOS CUBANOS!

Mylo is Scotland's answer to Royksopp. 24-year-old Myles McInnes makes tunes on his computer on the Isle of Skye. Listen to his play his own style of hammering house, alongside tracks from his excellent debut album 'Destroy Rock & Roll'.

Richard X blows people's minds with his unique record selection at clubs such as Manchester's Bugged Out. And he's bound to have something al ittle special lined up for WE LOVE... homelands, from pounding house to 80s synth pop.

You want comedy you say? Well, the Strongbow Rooms have got a double bill of hilarious dance tent action with the Sombrero Sound System and the act who tore apart Radio 1's stage at Glastonbury last Summer - The Cuban Brothers.

And make sure you don't miss Jon Carter's headlining slot. Jon's festival sets are near legendary, and this may well be his only gig this Summer before he and Sara Cox swap beats for babies.
